Character Synopsis
Usada Pekora is a character from the multi-media series known as Hololive. She is from Pekoland and claims to be of royal within said nation. Pekora initially resided on the Moon, but decided to descend to Earth just for fun and to cause mischief. Pekora is infamous for her playful and immature nature, usually causing pranks across many places on earth. This is to the point where other Hololive members will instantly become suspicious of any project if they learn that Pekora was involved. She has a rivalry with Sakura Miko and often attempts to trick her in various ways. Besides trolling, Pekora also plans to build her own kingdom, where she can rule over her own subjects and not be restricted by her own nation. So far, these attempts haven't worked, but she is always trying.

At most, Idol Power is capable of effecting dream worlds in a similar vain to magic, which can effect the entirety of Dream Worlds, which are treated as universes)
Intelligence: Very High (Pekora is considered the ultimate trickster in Hololive, being able to formulate complicated plans in order to trick others. She was deemed capable of running Pekoland as the potential queen and is able to potentially build her own kingdom and run it smoothly)

- Hair Dimension: Pekora possesses a dimension of her own, which is a pocket space that can be accessed when she removes the carrots from her hair. When this happens, those around her will be forcibly swallowed, trapped, and will be sent to another dimension, where they are shrunk.

- The resistance to “Content” mainly stems from scaling from Kizuna A.I, who is not a Virtualand resident yet still possesses resistance to “Power of Creation” similarly to beings native to Virtualand. This scales back to V-Tubers given they are similar in nature as far as power source and physiology
- To Elaborate on V-Tuber's Type 5 Immortality: This stems from the fact that in Hololive, the land of the dead is a concrete and tangible place. It's referred to as The River Styx and it's a part of The Underworld. The immortality comes from the fact V-Tubers don't go there upon death and with demons, they even naturally live there. The only way to keep them there is through forcibly taking their souls and bounding them there, as shown with The Soul Snatching Camera. Their nature as Deathless is also proven by the fact Rushia's death spells don't work on V-Tubers.
