Character Synopsis[]

The Storm Emperor (also known as Tiamat) is one of the elemental dragons. It is a long, three-eyed draconic serpent that closely resembles oriental dragons and enjoys soaring stormy skies. It is one of the three elemental dragons; usually regarded as the easiest to handle, but still powerful enough to destroy overconfident guides. The Dragon is the only one of the trio that is not particular about its chosen habitat. However, it seems to prefer ruins as it inhabits both the deepest level of the Lost Shinjuku and an abandoned portion of the Petal Bridge, indicating that it prefers locations with minimal human traffic.

Special Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Flight (Capable of natural flight through it's wings), Elemental Manipulation, Lightning Manipulation, Magic (Standard Magic; The Storm Emperor has the ability to utilize the elements within their attacks, specifically Lightning, as The Storm Emperor is primarily associated with lightning abilities; The act of utilizing elemental powers involves the use of magical energy and infusing it into a medium), Clairvoyance (Magic can be used to see things across an entire battlefield, ranging from all enemies on the field[1] to items and information about the surroundings the caster is occupying[2]), Weather Manipulation (Its mere breaths can cause storms and drastically change the weather for more destructive purposes), Immortality (Type 1; Elemental Dragons are eternal and can practically live forever if desired), Fire Manipulation (All dragons are capable of breathing fire, which is so potent, it can turn others to ash), Healing (Storm Emperor can use "Curse", which curses opponents to heat Storm Emperor for every hit it takes and the amount it heals is the same amount of force an attack will deal), Fear Manipulation (Can inflict "Terror", which causes opponents to be struck with crippling fear, to the extend where they will not attack), Statistics Reduction (Can reduce the amount of defense an opponent has, making attacks harm much greater), Death Manipulation (Has instant death skills, which will instantly kill off an opponent regardless of defense), Power Nullification (Can remove debuffs from opponents and also removal functionality from some abilities), Morality Manipulation (Kerykeion, a weapon made of The Storm Emperor's essence, can control the hearts of men, being able to control their morale), Negation (Magic and spells that derive from it ignore physical durability and stats, including physical barriers and protection, to the degree that any injury dealt by magic can't be healed unless it's by magical means[3]), Statistics Amplification (Magic can be used to enhance the statistics and attributes of those who utilize it, such as increasing their strength and defense[4]), Energy Manipulation (Magic is capable of manifesting and being projected as pure energy[5], which is indicated[6] by several entries in the series), Matter Manipulation, Transmutation (Molecular; Manipulating the elements also involve manipulating and transmutation of the raw elements), Law Manipulation (In order to utilize magic, one has to understand the laws of the universe to "gain control over creation", meaning magic inherently involves controlling the laws of the universe to function), Non-Physical Interaction (Souls, Concepts & Nonexistence; Users of magical energy are capable of interacting with beings who lack corporeality in all sorts of manners. This can range from ghosts of destroyed ships, phantoms to even nonexistent and abstract beings), Power Bestowal (Magical energy can be infused in objects to give them special properties and powers[7], whether it normal objects[8] or even weapons that are used for combative situations), Life-Force Manipulation, Life Manipulation (Mana is the underlying source of life behind all living things, with mana naturally emanating from all living creatures[9], including plants and other lifeforms[10]), Soul Manipulation (It's implied that magical power is the same as "spiritual power", a consistent description in regards to the nature of magic, suggesting that magical energy effects things on a spiritual level), Mind Manipulation (Magic is able to effect one's mind, such as being able to strengthen or[11] balance out one's mind[12], suggesting that magical energy effects things on a mental level), Conceptual Manipulation (Mana pervades all of reality and serves as a fundamental element of all creation, with it's existence encompassing all components of existence, ranging from things such one's mind, soul and body, including things such as one's grudges[13])

Destructive Ability: Multi-Continent Level (As a legendary beast, Storm Emperor should be greatly superior to monsters such as Wyvern, who is stated to be capable of scorching the planet on a consistent basis, which should yield this much energy. Destroyed the West Ward of High Lagaard. It's implied that The Storm Emperor can terraform the earth through it's strong thunderbolts) for normal individuals, up to Multi-Universe Level for stronger individuals (Certain members of The Storm Emperor's race are capable of taking on the late party members of Etrian Odyssey IV, whom of which are capable of taking on Heavenbringer, a manifestation of Yggdrasil that should be comparable to Primevil)

Speed: Massively FTL (Capable of reacting to and dodging attacks such as Meteor, which summons meteors at these speeds. Can also dodge attacks from Flash Bow, which fires beams of light and Heaven Bow, which explicitly fires attacks at the speed of light) for normal individuals, up to Immeasurable for stronger individuals (Can take on the late party members of Etrian Odyssey IV, whom of which are capable of taking on Heavenbringer, a manifestation of Yggdrasil that should be comparable to Primevil)

Lifting Ability: Class 10 (Physically superior to the likes of Golem, who would be this heavy by nature of their material and size)

Striking Ability: Multi-Continent Class (Greatly superior to Wyvern and dragons are able to consistently drive away Wyvern's, whom of which possesses the ability to burn the earth's surface. Destroyed the West Ward of High Lagaard, producing this much energy) for normal individuals, up to Multi-Universal for stronger individuals (Can take on the late party members of Etrian Odyssey IV, whom of which are capable of taking on Heavenbringer, a manifestation of Yggdrasil that should be comparable to Primevil)

Durability: Multi-Continent Level (Has no issues resisting it's own Resonant Volt being reflected back at itself. Can endure attacks from weapons crafted from it's fellow elemental dragons) for normal individuals, up to Multi-Universe Level for stronger individuals (Can survive attacks from the late party members of Etrian Odyssey IV, whom of which are capable of taking on Heavenbringer, a manifestation of Yggdrasil that should be comparable to Primevil)

Stamina: Limitless (Elemental Dragons never fatigue and are capable of operating for years on end without the need to rest or showing no indications of being tired. Should be comparable to Golem, another monster who has limitless stamina)

Range: Thousands of Kilometers through powers (Can naturally create and control storms with its own powers. Able to alter the entirety of Earth's landscape)

Intelligence: Very High (Storm Emperor is one of the elemental dragons, beings who have been around for millennia and learned virtually everything about the world itself and across the different layers of Yggdrasil.)

Weaknesses: He is weak to fire. If the Yellow Heart is destroyed, it will be unable to use Resonant Volt.

Magic: The Storm Emperor has the ability to utilize magical and control the magical energy that exists in all things and are fundamental elements of the universe. Through it, The Storm Emperor can manipulate the very elements and laws of the universe, including infusing their attacks with elemental, magical properties that negate physical damage

  • Curse: Very high damage to a party member, heals Dragon by percentage of damage done.
