Summary[]
Size Manipulation is the ability to manipulate the size of anything and everything, ranging from tiny to absolutely gigantic. Usually when size is altered, the object or person retains their same properties, however, some can gain new properties or abilities through the alteration of their size. Additionally, some skilled users may also be able to manipulate or change the density of the objects they alter the size of.
Variations[]
- Size Reduction: Users of this variation can reduce the sizes of things from their initial size. This varies between user, but this can range to making them slightly smaller than before to even absurd lengths such as the size of cells, atomics or even quantum particles. Some users may retain or have boosted strength, weight, mass while they are at reduced size. Some users can shrink their body parts and objects as well.
- Size Increase: Users can alter their size through increasing it entirely. This is usually to the desire of making themselves hulking giants or far beyond what their normal size generally is. This can also allow the user to draw upon vast amounts of strength to superhuman levels.
- Density Alteration: Users can manipulate the density of an object as a result of their alteration of mass. This can be used to make the user more lighter on their feat or more heavier than usual
Limitations[]
- May be limited to changing only their own or others' size.
- May be limited to only growing, or only shrinking.
- May be limited to how large one can grow, or how small one can shrink.
- May have mental/emotional effects.
- Clothing and other equipment may not change size with the user.
- One has to be careful when becoming larger while in confined places, to avoid getting stuck/trapped inside of a building or damaging surroundings/themselves.
- In a larger size, one becomes an easier target due to their size hindering their ability to evade attacks.
- Grown/shrunken size causes problems with environment.
