High-Low: The ability to regenerate severed limbs such as fingers, toes and ears. • Examples: Mori Jin (The God of High School), Frieza (Dragon Ball), Wally West (DC Comics)

Low-Mid: The ability to recover lost limbs, such as typically fatal wounds, disembowelment or horizontal bisection. This can also include severe organ damage; For machines, this would be recovering from extension internal damage on a major scale

  • Examples: Mewtwo (Pokemon), Garou (One Punch Man), Ken Kaneki (Tokyo Ghoul)

Low-High: The ability to regenerate from very small aspects of your body, such as bits of your body or even recovering from simply a puddle of blood and at most a cell; For machines, this can include regenerating from a liquid state of being

  • Examples: Alucard (Hellsing), Martial Manhunter (DC Comics), Aku (Samurai Jack), Cell (Dragon Ball)

Mid-High: The ability to regenerate from being reduced to ash, dust, smoke, or vapor; This means all biological parts have to cease to remain on a physical level

  • Examples: Perpetuals (Warhammer 40k), The Sentry (Marvel Comics), Meruem (Hunter X Hunter)

Low-Godly: The ability to regenerate from the totality of one's body being destroyed, simply regenerating from their non-physical aspects; This can be recovering from simply being a soul, mind or even concept

  • Examples: NetNavis (Mega Man: Battle Network), Dark Schneider (Bastard!!), Youkai and Hourai Immortals (Touhou Project), Sosuke Aizen (Bleach)

High-Godly: The ability to regenerate even after the totality of your existence is erased, which not only includes the mind, body and soul but fundamental aspects of one's being such as their concept, their narrative, information or even history; Essentially the underlaying principals one needs to exist within reality

  • Examples: Demons (Shin Megami Tensei), Yggdrasil (Digimon), Lavos (Chrono Trigger), Anos Voldigoad (Maou Gakuin no Futekigousha), The Guardian (Destiny), The Apoptosis (Monster Girl Quest)

Notes

  • Regeneration can typically be inapplicable to combat. For example, a character can have regeneration on a High-Godly scale, however, since it takes one thousand years to work, it's generally not suited for combat
  • Certain parts of a body or aspects of a body may have better regeneration than another. For example, a charatcer can have a core that has Low-Mid regeneration but their physical body is actually High in regeneration
  • Being able to regenerate from your soul being destroyed would result in Mid-Godly regeneration
  • High-Godly is not "2-A Scale Regeneration", meaning that being erased on a multiversal scale wouldn't warrant High-Godly, unless all components are being erased alongside everything else. For example, Demons from Shin Megami Tensei get erased from across the multiverse but so too does their concept and ideas go with them, as a result of said destruction of the multiverse and humanity, who's observations formed them. In essence, the destruction of the multiverse isn't what makes them High-Godly as opposed to the fact all aspects of their being is being erased
  • True-Godly is not "1-A Regeneration", it's the act of being able to regenerate after having been erased from all iterations of space, time and geometrical dimensions. Simple having a 1-A attack and recovering from it isn't True-Godly nor does it come as a innate trait of being 1-A either
