Omnipresence or ubiquity is the state of existence in which one exists everywhere and nowhere. Within religion this term is usually assiocated with the supreme being within the belief
It's described as have the ability to be at any or every place at any time. This ability allows it's user to exist across all points in Space and or Time at once without the need for travel as their existence is everywhere possible. Within debates this is considered the greatest form of "speed" one can achieve as their existence lies on being at any or every point in Space at any given time. Sometimes the scale for Omnipresence ranges from Universel all the way to even on a Multiversal Scale. Some Characters are Omnipresent but only within a certain dimension or location speficially
