Nigh-Omnipresence is the ability to be presence in almost every location with the exception a one or more domains. This is essentially a lesser variation of Omnipresence, that is limited to certain domain, such as time, space, or even cosmic locations such as The Universe
Limitations[]
- Users aren't fully Omnipresent
- Some users may be limited to certain domains or scales (I.E being limited to a specific dimension or only being Omnipresent within a single universe)
- May be unable to be nowhere.
- May be bound by time and space.
