Information Manipulation is the ability to manipulate and even destroy information itself. Everything is made of information and this can range from small scale things such as manipulating data, gathering information on other things to more absurd scale abilities, such as altering/controlling the fundamental information that makes up the universe, achieving a form of reality warping or even altering it's laws or even concepts.

- Data Manipulation: Data is comprised of information and is akin to an accumulation of different forms knowledge. The act of being able to control data is a form of information manipulation, as it practially is information in a digital medium
- Knowledge Manipulation: Those who can control, alter or even destroy knowledge would have Information Manipulation as well. Knowledge is a form of information and being able to control it in some form would warrant some form of informational control
