Introduction

Idol Power, otherwise known as Idol Energy or V-Tuber Power, is a mysteriously powerful source of energy that is intrinsically connected to all V-Tubers in The Virtual World. It's unknown where this power originated from but it's shown that Idol Power emanates from magical crystals that all serve as the "battery" that gives V-Tubers their innate abilities, with the energy source even being implied to be cosmic in nature and a constant across the multiverse. It's believed that Idol Power is a positive energy that appears to those who are most idol-like and or have strong desires, which is why it's often seen manifesting in V-Tubers and entertainers alike

The energy itself is, as mentioned before, typically wielded by V-Tubers but can also be utilized in a wield array of ways. Idol Power is connected to the magical crystals and each V-Tuber is capable of channeling this energy through their innate connection to this energy, although, even beings not classified as V-Tubers can either channel the energy to achieve the same effects or can directly use it, such as The Gods, as also evident with Omegaα becoming taking a V-Tuber role themselves to interact with humanity and manage Hololive EN in person

Universal Abilities

Idol Power as an energy source, regardless of who can channel and utilize it's power, has the following general abilities:

• Social Influencing: V-Tubers have the natural charisma to talk to other beings, convincing them to follow them and watch their streams
• 4th Wall Awareness & Information Analysis: V-Tubers can draw attention to their fictionality and that they are part of a narrative. Hololive runs on metafictional elements, which allow V-Tubers to know about opponents through reading a short summary of them as represented by character introduction bios
• Accelerated Development (Training, Battle & Leveling - Physical Stats & Abilities): It's shown consistency that V-Tubers are capable of learning at rapid paces and drawing out inner power at faster rates than normal; An example of this is Mio, Matsuri and company were able to overpower their imposters with ease despite the same imposters giving them a good fight prior. Their growth even visualized and treated akin to RPG progression
• Toonforce: V-Tubers are portrayed as having toon force qualities, with their mannerisms being cartoonish and exaggerated, operating off the rule of funny
• Energy Manipulation: V-Tubers have the ability to channel and manipulate the energies present in the magical crystals connected to the energy source, which is also exemplified by Miko and Haato being capable of producing attacks comprised of energy on a consistent basis
• Teleportation: Idol Power allows one to teleport, as confirmed by Amelia Watson
• Light Manipulation & Aura: Idol Power can manifest itself as light and even emanate outwards as an aura
• Non-Physical Interaction (Souls, Shadows, Emotions, Concepts & Nonexistence): Idol Power can allow one to interact with souls, shadows, immaterial objects such as emotions like malice, immaterial concepts such as the evil side of hospitality and conceptually nonexistent entities such as Takodachi's, whom of which are composed of The Void
• Creation & Pocket Reality Manipulation: V-Tubers are capable of generating objects and weapons into being, akin to "minecraft" as implied in Hololive's crossover with Azur Lane. This extends to creating and manipulating entire "servers" {Such as Resource World}, of which are confirmed to be actual worlds of varying size
• Regeneration (High-Godly): Idol Power can give users regenerative abilities, with V-Tubers like Uruha Rushia and Sakura Miko, whom of which could come back after being turned into a Tetris block and reduced to nothing. Korone is capable of coming back after being immediately erased by Mio and she even claimed she could erase Subaru, a metaphysical being who is a living thought. Aqua could regenerate despite her body being gone and her soul being crushed by Kanata
• Law Manipulation & Explosion Manipulation: Idol Power can allow one to adjust the rules of entire "servers", which are pocket spaces. V-Tubers such as Fubuki and Subaru are capable of creating laws where if someone loses, the opponent and their friends explode instantly
• Immersion: Idol Power can grant one to the power to enter fictionalized worlds such as video games, blank canvases and 2-D drawings)
• Space-Time Manipulation: Idol Power can control spatial dimensions, being able to switch freely between a 2nd and 3rd dimensional existence. Resource Worlds that are created have their own flows of space and time
• Conceptual Manipulation & Absorption: V-Tubers are capable of absorbing concepts, as evident by V-Tubers having the ability to consume "That", the concept of "something" in Hololive. Rushia was able to absorb Kanata into herself, with Angels being abstract beings who embody hope and being conceptually death similarly to Mori Calliope and Death-Sensei
• Immortality (Type 5 & 11): V-Tubers are exempt from death, as V-Tubers don’t go to The Underworld {where beings go to officially die} and instead regenerate or some other process occurs. It's shown many times that V-Tubers can reincarnate to different worlds or in different bodies whilst retaining the memories of who they were
• Non-Corporeal: It’s stated that V-Tubers are virtual in nature, with those being native to The Virtual World possessing no corporeal existence
• Soul Manipulation: Idol Power is capable of vaporizing the souls of other beings. V-Tubers are capable of swapping souls with others, as shown here and here
• Plot Manipulation: Idol Power can interrupt the narrative and direct it in their own way, even completely ending the story if desired, which is shown with AKZi, Mio and many others
• Negation (Regeneration - High Godly; Immortality - Type 5 & 11): Idol Power can negate the regenerative properties and resistances of V-Tubers, with Idol Power specifically bypassing a V-Tuber's High-Godly Regeneration and their innate immortalities. V-Tubers are capable of killing Ships beyond their ability to regenerate and come back
• Size Manipulation & Biological Manipulation: V-Tubers can revert their sizes being altered, such as Okayu and Aqua being reduced to tiny. Despite being lolified, V-Tubers such as Korone, Mio and Okayu were able to revert back to normal
• Memory Manipulation: V-Tubers have the ability to use a “Forget Beam'', which makes others forget things, even down to the person who used the move on them or their own identity
• Sealing (Metaphysical): V-Tubers have the ability to seal things away, including abstract concepts such as the evil side of hospitality

Resistance

Idol Power can grant resistances to those who are capable of tapping into it's power and are able to channel it through their essence. By virtue of being imbued with the energy, users of Idol Power have the following innate resistances:

• Extreme Temperatures: V-Tubers can survive in hot temperatures such as burning celestial bodies and other places like the bottom of the ocean with high pressure. Okayu and Korone can no-sell the heat of an exploded sun. V-Tubers such as Ayame can endure being burned by the sun and it's shown that V-Tubers can no sell extreme heat
• Magic: V-Tubers have shown to be able to resist the effects of magical spells from Shion and other mages
• Reality Warping, Empathic Manipulation, Existence Erasure & Law Manipulation: V-Tubers should have comparable resistance to "Content" like Kizuna A.I, another V-Tuber who possess Idol Power and thus has resistance to it by virtue
• Spatial Manipulation: V-Tubers such as Fubuki, Matsuri and many others resisted Purifier's spatial altering singularity
• Soul Manipulation: V-Tubers and their attacks can hit on a spiritual level, with Idol Power being capable vaporizing one's soul
• Death Manipulation: None of Rushia's death spells are able to work on V-Tubers. Those imbued with Idol Power are comparable to beings who can exist in The Underworld, which is the land of the dead
• Negation: V-Tubers can still regenerate after being hit with one of their own attacks, which is capable of permanently killing V-Tubers or Ships
• Radiation Manipulation: V-Tubers survive in close proximity to a star, where radiations are extremely potent. V-Tubers are capable of traveling through Star Clusters, which are high in radiation
• Ice Manipulation & Absolute Zero: V-Tubers can endure Fubuki's ice manipulation, which attacks with absolute zero temperatures
• Disease Manipulation: V-Tubers can survive infections and viruses, as noted by Ayunda Risu and Yozora Mel being fine despite being infected by Ollie's zombie infection. Chloe is capable of surviving the spores of mushrooms growing from her head
• Corruption, Mind Manipulation, Madness Manipulation, Information Manipulation & Conceptual Manipulation (Biological & Metaphysical - Corruptive): Those who are exposed to The Void/Shadow Realm will be corrupted in the same way Ina was, with it corrupting both the body and mind. V-Tubers such as Amelia Watson and Korone are capable of surviving in it. The act of being erased in Hololive involves the complete erasure of all aspects that define one's existence, including their mind, body, soul, the "information" that makes up reality and the concept that defines one's existence

Hax Potency

Idol Power has shown to have layered abilities, with many of the innate abilities of V-Tubers being far above the typical baseline of whatever associated power they are proven to have. The following abilities that are layered goes as follows:

• Conceptual Manipulation & Absorption (1 Layer): V-Tubers are capable of conceptually absorbing each other despite V-Tubers innately resisting the conceptual abilities of The Void, meaning that V-Tubers possessed layered conceptual abilities
• Soul Manipulation (1 Layer): V-Tubers can still effect each other on a spiritual level despite resisting the soul corrupting abilities of The Void, which gives Idol Power layered soul manipulation
• Plot Manipulation (1 Layer): Idol Power, such as when harnessed by Mori Calliope, was capable of creating a VN-like narrative in which even other V-Tubers with plot control weren't able to break out, even in spite of their knowledge to break the 4th wall and acknowledge their fictionality
• Law Manipulation (1 Layer): V-Tubers are capable of bounding other Idol Power users under their law manipulation despite resisting "Content" and it's law manipulation, indicating that their law manipulation is above baseline
• Negation (1 Layer): In spite of V-Tubers being able to survive their own attacks, which inherently have negative properties, V-Tubers can still permanently kill each other, suggesting their negation abilities is layered
• Non-Physical Interaction (Nonexistence - 2 Layers): Idol Power can interact with Takodachi's, whom of are conceptual nonexistent per being composed of The Void, which is even more nonexistent than conceptually nonexistent locations such as The Collective Unconsciousness

Range & Scale

Idol Power and it's lesser users have range that extends to Interstellar distances, with Idol Power allowing for the creation of Resource Worlds, which are entire pocket dimensions that contain the moon, the sun and an innumerable amount of stars within it's confines, with users of Idol Power being able to also alter and restructure the very nature of their personal Resource Worlds. All of this would confirm that Idol Power is capable of generally effecting reality on an Interstellar scale, which is further supported by Marine being able to create The Serpens Constellation and Korone being able to effect The Sun whilst still being present on Earth

At most, Idol Power has a Universal scale in which it can effect, as it's comparable to magic, which is capable of creating and manipulating dream worlds, which are at minimum the size of the universe and are merely reflections of the baseline universe, just being constructed of the desires and delusions of whomever dreamt up the world. With this in mind, this would suggest that Idol Power can influence and manipulate reality on a Universal scale, with users being able to replicate this
