Special Abilities:

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Flight (Baelz is capable of flying naturally and even upside down), Chaos Manipulation (Bealz is has control over chaos, the antithesis of laws and order that comprise the multiverse), Void Manipulation (Within the confines of Hololive "Chaos" is the nonexistence that predates the multiverse and is ultimately an expression of nothingness), Probability Manipulation (Through her control over "Chaos", Baelz can tip over the odds and overthrow luck), Energy Manipulation (Has control over "Entropy", with Baelz being capable of utilizing he unused energy in a system, with a system being a group of bodies like molecules, atoms, cells), Immortality (Type 1, 5 & 9; Baelz's avatars are unable to age, having existed since the dawn of the universe and are merely an extension of her true self, which exists as the concept of "Chaos" residing above The Collective Unconsciousness, which extends beyond the multiverse), Acausality (Non-Linearity; Inhabitants of The Virtual World experience time and causality differently from normal beings; In Hololive, both causality and time is experienced in a fashion where past, present and future doesn't occur linearly and paradoxes result in splitting of timelines, preventing casual paradoxes), Non-Corporeal (It’s stated that V-Tubers are virtual in nature, with those being native to The Virtual World possessing no corporeal existence), Information Manipulation (Reality is viewed as being purely comprised of data and information from the perspective of beings inhabiting The Virtual World, meaning that manipulation of The Virtual World is also control over the fundamental information that makes up the world)

V-Tubers have access to Idol Power, a source of power that grants them the following: Social Influencing (V-Tubers have the natural charisma to talk to other beings, convincing them to follow them and watch their streams), 4th Wall Awareness, Information Analysis (V-Tubers can draw attention to their fictionality and that they are part of a narrative. Hololive runs on metafictional elements, which allow V-Tubers to know about opponents through reading a short summary of them as represented by character introduction bios), Accelerated Development (Training, Battle & Leveling - Physical Stats & Abilities; It's shown consistency that V-Tubers are capable of learning at rapid paces and drawing out inner power at faster rates than normal; An example of this is Mio, Matsuri and company were able to overpower their imposters with ease despite the same imposters giving them a good fight prior. Their growth even visualized and treated akin to RPG progression), Toonforce (V-Tubers are portrayed as having toon force qualities, with their mannerisms being cartoonish and exaggerated, operating off the rule of funny), Energy Manipulation (V-Tubers have the ability to channel and manipulate the energies present in the magical crystals connected to the energy source, which is also exemplified by Miko and Haato being capable of producing attacks comprised of energy on a consistent basis), Teleportation (Idol Power allows one to teleport, as confirmed by Amelia Watson), Light Manipulation, Aura (Idol Power can manifest itself as light and even emanate outwards as an aura), Non-Physical Interaction (Idol Power can allow one to interact with souls, shadows, immaterial objects such as emotions like malice and conceptually nonexistent entities such as Takodachi's, whom of which are composed of The Void), Creation, Pocket Reality Manipulation (V-Tubers are capable of generating objects and weapons into being, akin to "minecraft" as implied in Hololive's crossover with Azur Lane. This extends to creating and manipulating entire "servers" {Such as Resource World}, of which are confirmed to be actual worlds of varying size), Regeneration (High-Godly; Scales to V-Tubers like Uruha Rushia and Sakura Miko, whom of which could come back after being turned into a Tetris block and reduced to nothing. Korone is capable of coming back after being immediately erased by Mio and she even claimed she could erase Subaru, a metaphysical being who is a living thought. Aqua could regenerate despite her body being gone and her soul being crushed by Kanata), Law Manipulation, Explosion Manipulation (Idol Power can allow one to adjust the rules of entire "servers", which are pocket spaces. V-Tubers such as Fubuki and Subaru are capable of creating laws where if someone loses, the opponent and their friends explode instantly), Immersion (Idol Power can grant one to the power to enter fictionalized worlds such as video games, blank canvases and 2-D drawings), Space-Time Manipulation (Idol Power can control spatial dimensions, being able to switch freely between a 2nd and 3rd dimensional existence. Resource Worlds that are created have their own flows of space and time), Conceptual Manipulation, Absorption (V-Tubers are capable of absorbing concepts, as evident by V-Tubers having the ability to consume "That", the concept of "something" in Hololive. Rushia was able to absorb Kanata into herself, with Angels being abstract beings who embody hope and being conceptually death similarly to Mori Calliope and Death-Sensei), Immortality (Type 5 & 11; V-Tubers are exempt from death, as V-Tubers don’t go to The Underworld {where beings go to officially die} and instead regenerate or some other process occurs. It's shown many times that V-Tubers can reincarnate to different worlds or in different bodies whilst retaining the memories of who they were), Soul Manipulation (Idol Power is capable of vaporizing the souls of other beings. V-Tubers are capable of swapping souls with others, as shown here and here), Plot Manipulation (Idol Power can interrupt the narrative and direct it in their own way, even completely ending the story if desired, which is shown with AKZi, Mio and many others), Negation (Idol Power can negate the regenerative properties and resistances of V-Tubers, with Idol Power specifically bypassing a V-Tuber's High-Godly Regeneration and their innate immortalities. V-Tubers are capable of killing Ships beyond their ability to regenerate and come back), Memory Manipulation (V-Tubers have the ability to use a “Forget Beam", which makes others forget things, even down to the person who used the move on them or their own identity), Biological Manipulation, Size Manipulation V-Tubers can revert their sizes being altered, such as Okayu and Aqua being reduced to tiny. Despite being lolified, V-Tubers such as Korone, Mio and Okayu were able to revert back to normal), Sealing (Metaphysical; V-Tubers have the ability to seal things away, including abstract concepts such as the evil side of hospitality)

All previous abilities but increased (especially her control over chaos, void and probability control); Abstract Existence (Baelz is the concept of chaos and disarray, an existence untethered from rules and laws. Her existence was spawned by the chaos of the world itself), Large Size (Type 11; The Council exist beyond the multiverse and see it as insignificant, with Baelz transcending it's confines entirely and seeing the concepts of space-time as inferior), Non-Corporeal (The Council naturally exist as ideas and beings without physical existence), Corruption, Mind Manipulation, Madness Manipulation, Information Manipulation (Baelz's true form is that of The Void. Those who are exposed to The Void/Shadow Realm will be corrupted in the same way Ina was, with it corrupting both the body and mind), Conceptual Manipulation, Void Manipulation, Existence Erasure (The Council has control over the fundamental concepts that shape the multiverse, with Baelz's concept of "chaos" being one of the essential pillars that give shape to reality and acts as the force of "entropy" that governs the universe. The Void is capable of erasing entire ideas from existence, as evident with the fact even the concept of "death" will return to The Void, with "death" being on the same level as the concepts embodied by The Council, whose concepts shape the multiverse; The act of being erased in Hololive involves the complete erasure of all aspects that define one's existence, including their mind, body, soul, the "information" that makes up reality and the concept that defines one's existence), Higher-Dimensional Manipulation (The Council can interact with and even control higher dimensions), Avatar Creation (The Council can manifest avatars to interact with the lower ordered multiverse), Immortality (Type 1, 5 & 8; Exists outside the concept of life and death, alongside predating The Underworld. So long the concept of "Chaos" remains in existence, so too will Baelz), Acausality (Paracausality; Exists beyond the concept of time {which includes causality within Hololive} and is unbound by the laws and concepts that comprise the multiverse), Possession (It's shown that The Council can possess and operate each other's avatars), Nonexistent Physiology (Conceptual; Predates the concept of "Space", which is the concept of existence; The concept of chaos is the lack of existence and is a direct opposition to space, aka the concept of "Something" in Hololive. Exists on a deeper level of nonexistence than that of The Archetypes of The Collective Unconsciousness), Transduality (Type 3; Hakos Baelz preceded the creation of the multiverse and existed in the beta universe around the time of The Gods, lacking a concept of existence and being unbound by the very concepts and dualities that shaped the universe such as "Time & Space", "Chaos and Order", "Nature & Civilization" and all other natural dualities that formulate the existence of reality), Beyond-Dimensional Physiology (Type 2; Hakos Baelz exists entirely beyond the conceptions of space and time within the multiverse, having predated both concepts altogether and said ideas having no influence on Chaos)

Extreme Temperatures (V-Tubers can survive in hot temperatures such as burning celestial bodies and other places like the bottom of the ocean with high pressure. Okayu and Korone can no-sell the heat of an exploded sun. V-Tubers such as Ayame can endure being burned by the sun and it's shown that V-Tubers can no sell extreme heat), Ice Manipulation, Absolute Zero (V-Tubers can resist hits from Fubuki's ice, which reach absolute zero temperatures), Magic (V-Tubers have shown to be able to resist the effects of magical spells from Shion and other mages), Reality Warping, Empathic Manipulation, Existence Erasure, Law Manipulation (V-Tubers should have comparable resistance to "Content" like Kizuna A.I, another V-Tuber who possess Idol Power and thus has resistance to it by virtue), Spatial Manipulation (V-Tubers such as Fubuki, Matsuri and many others resisted Purifier's spatial altering singularity), Soul Manipulation (V-Tubers and their attacks can hit on a spiritual level, with Idol Power being capable vaporizing one's soul), Death Manipulation (None of Rushia's death spells are able to work on V-Tubers. Those imbued with Idol Power are comparable to beings who can exist in The Underworld, which is the land of the dead), Negation (V-Tubers can still regenerate after being hit with one of their own attacks, which is capable of permanently killing V-Tubers or Ships), Radiation Manipulation (V-Tubers survive in close proximity to a star, where radiations are extremely potent. V-Tubers are capable of traveling through Star Clusters, which are high in radiation), Disease Manipulation (V-Tubers can survive infections and viruses, as noted by Ayunda Risu and Yozora Mel being fine despite being infected by Ollie's zombie infection. Chloe is capable of surviving the spores of mushrooms growing from her head), Corruption, Mind Manipulation, Madness Manipulation, Information Manipulation, Conceptual Manipulation (Biological & Metaphysical - Corruptive; Those who are exposed to The Void/Shadow Realm will be corrupted in the same way Ina was, with it corrupting both the body and mind. V-Tubers such as Amelia Watson and Korone are capable of surviving in it. The act of being erased in Hololive involves the complete erasure of all aspects that define one's existence, including their mind, body, soul, the "information" that makes up reality and the concept that defines one's existence. All of reality in Hololive exists as underlying information and data, which Hakos Baelz predates and evidently lacks on a fundamental level), Space-Time Manipulation, Causality Manipulation, History Manipulation, Higher-Dimensional Manipulation, Matter Manipulation (Exists beyond the confines of space and time, being unable to be effected by either, including from entities as powerful as Ouro Kronii or Tsukumo Sana; Within Hololive, the concepts of "Space" and "Time" also encompass things such as causality, matter, dimensionality and history), Darkness Manipulation, Morality Manipulation (Capable of resisting the spiritual darkness that emanates from Laplace's Demon)

Destructive Ability: Varies. (Baelz's avatars can vary in power, based on how much she holds back and the amount of power she gives them), Multi-Solar System Level (Her avatars should be comparable to Sana without her limiter. Baelz should be comparable to V-Tubers such as Sora are capable of creating of The Resource World, which is an entire "server" that contains a sun and a moon alongside a visible starry sky with countless stars {which would be this powerful}. This is only a smaller part of "The Resource World" as it contains numerous other spaces comparable in size to the main world and said realm is even a concretely existing location that is real) to Megaverse Level (The Council's physical avatars see the local multiverse and it's 5 higher dimensions as merely a video game in relation to their own existence, which is too large to exist in the 5th dimension. Her strongest avatars are superior to Kronii's strongest avatar, whom of which reversed time across the entire multiverse, before the big bang and even slept through it) | Metaverse Level (Baelz is the head spokesperson of The Council and is likely the strongest being among them, making her superior to Kronii and Sana. Predates all concepts that make up the universe, including the concept of dimensionality, physics and time. Exists unbound from laws and is the void that extends beyond and encompasses the multiverse, which possesses infinite spatial dimensions as space {a concept that encompasses dimensionality} is infinite in Hololive. Existing as the embodiment of The Void also makes her superior to The Ancient Ones and those who inhabit The Void as they are extensions of Baelz, alongside possess a nature superior to The Archetypes of The Collective Unconsciousness, whom of which are subsets of "Chaos" and are encompassed by it as it's raw potential in which "contains" archetypes according to Carl Jung)

Speed: Massively FTL+ (V-Tubers should comparable to Ayame and Mio, who can react to a bike that can traverse an entire universe. Capable of piloting a car that moves as fast as Ayame's Bike. On par with Aki Rosenthal, who can regularly navigate the universe and travel to different worlds before coming to earth, alongside V-Tubers who can move at these speeds in deep space and across the galaxy, such as Towa and Luna) to Immeasurable (Likely faster than Kronii's most powerful avatar, who is capable of moving amongst a 5-D axis and exists on a level beyond the local multiverse and it's space-time continuum, seeing it as merely a game) | Nigh-Omnipresent (Baelz exists as the concept of chaos, being the anti-order that opposes the laws of reality across all universes and dimensions in the multiverse. The Council exist in and can occupy multiple dimensions at the same time. Supersedes even The Collective Unconsciousness and extends around even the archetypes that exist within it's confines)

Lifting Ability: Varies. Multi-Stellar (Physically comparable to Korone. Scales to Noel, whom of which could punch a building across vast distances, such as on Mars) to Immeasurable (Hakos Baelz exists beyond the local multiverse and it's 5 spatial dimensions, seeing them as merely a video game in comparison to her own existence) | Irrelevant (Predates and exists beyond the concept of dimensionality, alongside transcending the concept of time and laws, meaning that Baelz strength can't be defined conventionally)

Striking Ability: Varies. Multi-Solar System Class (Capable of harming many V-Tubers, who should be comparable in durability to Inugami Korone) to Megaversal (Superior to Kronii's avatars, who can reverse and effect time on a multiversal scale, effecting infinite universe. Larger than the existence of the local multiverse and see it as merely a video game, including it's 5 spatial dimensions) | Metaversal (Baelz exists beyond and predates the concept of dimensionality. Embodies the void that extends beyond and encompasses the multiverse. Superior in strength to inhabitants of The Void, such as Ina and The Ancient Ones and contains The Archetypes of The Collective Unconsciousness, of which are merely subsets of "Chaos" and contains all archetypes)

Durability: Varies. Multi-Solar System Level (Should be similar in durability to Inugami Korone, who can survive a supernova at close range. Has consistent tanked blows from other V-Tubers, whom of which are capable of harming others with comparable durability Korone as well) to Megaverse Level (Superior in durability to Kronii, who survived the big bang, which created the entirety of the local multiverse, which is comprised of infinite universe and 5 higher dimensions) | Metaverse Level (Embodies the all of chaos across all realities and dimensions, including the void that extends and encompasses the infinite spatial dimensions that Hololive's multiverse is built upon. Ties together The Archetypes of The Collective Unconsciousness and is unbound by their influence)

Stamina: Limitless (Baelz is constantly maintaining chaotic interactions and exists beyond the conventions of human bodies)

Range: Standard Melee Range normally, ranges from Stellar to Universal with Idol Power (Through the use of Idol Power, V-Tubers and those who have access to the source of power is capable of creating, manipulating and even destroying Resource Worlds, which are realms that contain the sun, the moon and a starry sky. At most, Idol Power is capable of effecting dream worlds in a similar vain to magic, which can effect the entirety of Dream Worlds, which are treated as universes). Megaversal with her powers (Hakos Baelz is capable of effecting the local multiverse, which she also exists above as it's merely a work of fiction in relation to her own existence) | Metaversal (Embodies the concept of chaos and disarray across all realities and dimensions of the mulitverse. Her extension encompasses the void that extends beyond the multiverse and predated it, alongside also serving as a foundation to The Collective Unconsciousness with all archetypes within being a subset of Bae's "Chaos")

Intelligence: Nigh-Omniscient (Council members see everything across existence and Bealz specifically witnesses all chaos and disarray across the multiverse, alongside being one with the void)

Weaknesses: She requires an avatar to naturally function within the lower order multiverse

Extra Info: Hololive has a very loose definition of canon and it is noted that crossovers with the brand are considered canon, with many events referencing events that occur within Hololive and vice versa for Hololive, the worlds they interact with. This means that feats and stuff that happen there are applicable to V-Tubers overall.
