Summary[]
Fate Manipulation is the ability to manipulate the destiny of a person, place or thing. Users have the ability to effect reality through determining the outcome of something, which will happen. Offensive uses of the ability can allow one to determine the outcome of an encounter or make a bad fate befall whoever threaten's the user. Masters of the ability can enforce the concept of fate onto others, or even destroy the concept of fate from other beings.
Many users of Fate Manipulation have an item or object that either helps them guide destiny in the way they see fir or are representations of their own power
Variations []
- Causality Manipulation: One who can determinate fate could also change the cause and effect of any event or action that occurs. Furthermore, wielders of fate could change the principles of Cause and Effect altogether
- Probability Manipulaton: Fate could also determine the whether someone or something had a string of good luck or a consistent string of misfortune.
- History Manipulation: Since Fate Users have control over events, they could also control any time period (I.E Past, Present and Future) and the events that fall within those periods.
- Death Manipulation: Death and Fate are heavily linked, as such, one could bring about someone's death through enforcing them to die through whatever method they desire
Limitations[]
- The ability is ineffective against Acausal beings most of the time.
- A Strong Fate Manipulator, Probability Manipulator, Causality Manipulator, or Reality Warper can counter this ability.
- Sometimes in a deterministic reality, it may be impossible to change certain events
