Empowerment is the ability to gain strength from something, whether it be from a concept, a phenomena or even a specific event (or series of events). Users become more powerful the more the thing they are empowered by occurs, with the strengthening of the user happening involuntarily. It's possible that users can gain new abilities based on their affinity or a vast enhancement of their already existing abilities
Limitations[]
- The lack of a user's affinity could potentially lead to them losing their power completely
- Users can potentially become weakened by opposing affinities (I.E those empowered by willpower being weakened by fear)
- Users may require a vast amount of an affinity's presence to empower them before they can experience any significant strengthening
