Summary
Durability is the ability of a physical product to remain functional, without requiring excessive maintenance or repair, when faced with the challenges of normal operation over its design lifetime.
Logically, characters who can produce a certain level of kinetic energy or force must be able to survive the same or a comparable level of Force, based on Newton's Third Law. If this wasn't the case the characters would strain themselves or break their bodies
