Disease Manipulation is the ability to manipulate diseases, viruses and pathogens that negatively affects the structure or function of all or part of an organism. Disease users typically are able to control the methods of spreading the disease, how severe they are and how contagious they are, alongside users often having the ability to control germs, bacteria, virus, or other pathogens on a cellular level

- Users may not be immune to their own diseases and thus are prone to being infected themselves
- Users may become carriers of their own diseases and thus spreading them unwillingly to others
- Users may not be able to effect inorganic beings or those who are undead or not living in any capacity
