Omniversal Battlefield Wiki

I don’t grudge these arrogant suitors for a moment,
weaving their violent work with all their wicked hearts –
they lay their lives on the line when they consume
Odysseus’ worldly goods, blind in their violence,
telling themselves that he’ll come home no more.
But all the rest of you, how you rouse my fury!
Sitting here in silence…
never a word put forth to curb these suitors,
paltry few as they are and you so many.

~ Athena, The Odyssey

It's stated repeatedly that Greek Gods are "deathless" and "undying", with their nature placing them outside of the confines of conventional life and death as we understand it), Shapeshifting (Greek Gods have the innate power to transform their bodies into other lifeforms and creatures, taking whatever appearance they desire, often using this to blend in with humanity or with the environment), Healing (Greek Gods can heal themselves of any injury, including being cut down to small pieces, having their heads split open to at most being able to recover from the complete destruction of their bodies from their non-physical selves), can grant himself Regeneration (Mid-Godly; Greek Gods are capable of giving themselves regenerative properties, such as Zeus giving Prometheus a regenerating liver as punishment to make him suffer, with it being highly likely that Greek Gods can grant them regeneration that can recover their whole bodies), Negation (Regeneration & Healing - Mid-Godly; Greek Gods are capable of harming other gods to the degree where they aren't able to heal, including if they gave themselves regeneration), Conceptual Manipulation, Mind Manipulation, Soul Manipulation, Empathic Manipulation, Willpower Manipulation (Gods can create, control and even potentially remove the "psykhḗ" in an individual, which is an all-encompassing life essence that defines all aspects of being, including the mind, soul, heart and will that comprises all being)

Speed: Infinite (Should be no slower than Poseidon and Zeus, with the former being capable of physically repairing an infinite sized gate and the latter having the capacity to send thunderbolts to destroy the universe, which is infinite in size and consistently stated to be "boundless"). Nigh-Omnipresent in non-physical state (Greek Gods are merely representations of the spheres of influence they govern, with Athena being the embodiment of wisdom, handicrafts and warfare)

Striking Ability: High Universal (Capable of harming and defeating Ares, whether directly or through those channeling her power. Slayed Pallas, a being on par with The Titans. Her strength is comparable to the likes of Poseidon and Zeus)

Durability: High Universe Level (Can survive attacks from other gods and titans who are comparable to her, such as Ares, whom of which she has consistent wars with. Can endure hits from Pallas and Titan level entities)

Stamina: Limitless (Greek Gods didn't need to rest, eat and sleep in the same way that mortals did)

Range: Universal (Capable of effecting the entirety of The Earth, which is stated to be infinite and "boundless". Should have similar capabilities to Poseidon and Zeus, who can consistently shake the universe or destroy infinite sized constructs)

Intelligence: Very High (Athena is an ancient goddess who's lived for thousands of years and has fought in many wars with gods comparable to her level of strength. As the goddess of wisdom, Athena is exceptionally smarter than most of the other gods, with this extending to crafting items and tactical warfare)

Weaknesses: Her curses cannot be reversed, even by herself, such as being unable to cure Tiresias blindness

Extra Info

Note 1: This page is strictly talking about Greek Mythology Zeus, as he is in the original myths and thus this page will not be accounting for things such as Orphism and other interpretations of classical Greek Mythology that came after the fact. Despite this, this page is also treated various Greek Myths as a "singular" canon that all connect to one another, even if they were initially isolated tales that weren't meant to have any true continuity between each other

Note 2: As mentioned before, Greek Mythology was never meant to be seen as a canon in the way we understand it today, with the stories all having consistent elements between one another but fundamentally being just isolated tales. So for this reason, contradictions and conflicts will be ignored in favor of what is most consistently agreed upon within the myths and by The Greeks at the time

Note 3: Greek Mythology and it's cosmology is largely influenced by The Greeks at the time and the whole point of Mythology to begin with is to describe the world around you, meaning that beliefs that were common at the time for The Greeks can be applied to Greek Mythology on the basis that those beliefs would have bled into the Mythology and been reflective of what was thought to be true at the time
