Character Synopsis[]

Arfoire is the main antagonist of the Hyperdimension Neptunia franchise, being the villain that appears the most to oppose The CPUs. She is stated as being the grandmother of all other CPUs, with each other them all deriving from Arfoire. She is meant to represent piracy and is a stand-in for the R4 cartridge. The existence of Arfoire is naught but a vessel for a far stronger and primal being, The Deity of Sin, who's meant to represent the idea of destruction and is the being that Arfoire is simply a manifestation of.

CPUs are reliant on the concept of shares and so long there are shares, they can indefinitely revive themselves, even if completely erased (due to lack of shares), as shown with Uzume. Arfoire can prevent her death through manifesting into other vessels), Regeneration (High-Godly; CPUs should have the same regenerative capabilities as Uzume, who despite being "forgotten" and thus erased from existence, including the complete removal of the very "Shares" that define her existence conceptually; Even when erased from existence, a CPU doesn't lose their "Shares", logically concluding that erasure due to "Shares" is total erasure of one's being, including the very concept and information that defines them), Reality Warping (Altered the Gamindustri Graveyard to her favor, making it her own residence of operations. CPUs, before Histoire interfered, were capable of altering the human world in ways they saw fit. Additionally, she was only defeated by Nepgear because she felt that she had the last laugh and would eventually return regardless.)

Stamina: Very High (CPUs should be comparable to Uzume, who despite being near death in the Revival Ending, she could continue fighting to prevent their invasion of Hyper Dimension. The CPU Goddesses were capable of fighting for thousands of years upon generations and yet have shown no signs of tiring whilst transformed, with said fight also being said to have lasted for eons of time) | Limitless (Deity of Sin is a being without mass or form, constantly acting as the concept of destruction and thus likely not requiring any need for rest or natural substance as an abstract idea)

Range: Standard Melee Range normally, Extended Melee Range with her staffs and spears, Tens of Meters to Hundreds of Meters with certain abilities. Her control over Share Energy allows for her range to become Megaversal (Share Energy is capable of effecting the entirety of the cosmology when the users have a vast amounts of it. Should also be comparable to Kurome, whom of which is capable of moving entire dimensions and effecting Multi-Dimensional Space) | Megaversal (Capable of effecting the entire cosmology as the concept of destruction and the counterpart of Histoire's true form)

Intelligence: Genius (Blanc is comparable to the other CPUs in terms of intellect, specifically focusing on being cunning and manipulative, which she applies through creating plans that span out over billions of years. Capable of outsmarting the CPUs and has consistently had a back up plan for whenever she fights The CPUs, including ones where she is defeated) | Nigh-Omniscient (Has equal intellect to Histoire as the world itself, the very concept of creation who knows everything there is in the world)

In addition to the fact that all Arfoire's are fundamentally the same (both mentally and physically), it is evident that all "versions" of Arfoire are just manifestations made by The Deity of Sin.
