- Having been the witness to the brutal murder of his entire family by the members of the Vanetti Family, he harbours a deep grudge towards the ones responsible for that night as a result.
- Reading the contents inside of a letter that he received from someone who claims to be "a friend of his father", his grudge reawakens.
